Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience across corporate real estate, operations, finance, or large-scale program delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading global programs, teams, and governance routines in complex matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to GRE leadership, providing end‑to‑end controls oversight and issue management.
• Identify, upscale, and drive remediation of control gaps and issues; ensure action plans are completed.
• Assess control design and operating effectiveness; improve efficiency, capabilities, and long‑term performance.
• Run monthly and quarterly governance routines and deliver clear management reporting.
• Partner with audit and testing teams during control testing and internal audit activity.
