Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Portfolio Manager for its Arlington, VA portfolio within Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF). The role partners with business leaders to manage real estate, facilities operations, and strategic programs across locations, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

The candidate should demonstrate ownership, bias for action, and strong communication, with extensive experience in real estate operations, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensures facilities and programs operated per standards; develop new standards as needs evolve.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders; deliver bespoke reporting for occupancy, site launches, and improvements.
• Ensure buildings are presentable, safe and provide environment for occupants.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners (HR, IT, PR, Procurement, Security, EH&S).
• Manage portfolio-wide IFM program operations (reception, food, moves, etc.).
• Provide strategic direction to facilities management teams and vendor teams.
• Ensure financials by country/building/projects align with budgets and timelines.
• Effectively manage escalations and trade-offs between opportunity and resources.
