Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate real estate, specifically Industrial and office spaces.
• Experience leading real estate transactions and asset management activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Capital budget management across our Minneapolis HQ, North America Sales offices and India offices.
• Lead construction project management activities tied to workplace and facilities initiatives.
• Oversee operations of the Minneapolis headquarters facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Oversee safety and sustainability at our Minneapolis HQ.
• Lead a team of approximately 25 team members, providing direction, development, and coaching.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to define requirements, align priorities, and deliver solutions.
