• Experience leading construction or workplace-related projects.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into real estate and facilities solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work across time zones as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Capital budget management across Minneapolis HQ, North America Sales offices and India offices.
• Lead construction project management activities tied to workplace and facilities initiatives.
• Oversee operations of the Minneapolis headquarters facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Oversee safety and sustainability at our Minneapolis HQ.
• Lead a team of approximately 25 team members, providing direction, development, and coaching.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define requirements, align priorities, and deliver solutions.
• Develop and communicate project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, resource requirements, and communications.
• Ensure projects are completed within established parameters and corporate policies.
• Support enterprise-wide prioritization and application of standardized project methodology and best practices.
• Provide strong operational and financial stewardship across real estate and facilities activities.
• Oversee documentation, compliance, and records retention related to real estate and facilities work.
• Manage relationships with landlords, brokers, vendors, and other external partners.
• Identify and advance opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery through technology or other process improvements.
• Support broader projects and initiatives across Global Shared Services
