Job summary

Mini-Circuits seeks a Real Estate / Facilities leader to develop global strategy, oversee portfolio management, and drive capital projects across multiple sites. The role reports to the VP Fulfillment & Global Operations and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize facility performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years in facilities management, corporate real estate, construction or capital projects.
• Experience managing multi-location facilities operations.
• Proven experience in commercial construction, renovations and capital projects.
• Experience with corporate real estate portfolios, leases, acquisitions and space planning.
• Strong financial acumen incl. budgets, analysis and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of building codes, OSHA, environmental and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute real estate / facilities strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage real estate portfolio: leases, acquisitions, dispositions and space planning.
• Direct operations and maintenance of facilities across locations; ensure safety and reliability.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs and metrics.
• Plan and manage capital improvement projects with budgets and schedules.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, selection and performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across sites.
• Develop business continuity and facility resiliency programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners on strategic initiatives.
