Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Control Manager within the Wholesale Lending Services Controls Governance team.

This role partners with Firmwide Program teams to assess requirements and guide stakeholders to ensure a robust control framework that mitigates risk across all sub-lines of business. You will drive end-to-end governance across regulatory programs, identify issues with urgency, and escalate them for timely remediation, while presenting updates to senior stakeholders with clear risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least three years of Banking and Financial Services experience in controls, audit, or risk management.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple geographies and functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and multitasking to meet deadlines across multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across policies and processes to surface gaps or enhancements.
• Assist in governance deliverables for Wholesale Lending Services.
• Monitor metrics with global and local stakeholders; escalate when needed.
• Act as a key contact to foster collaboration between stakeholders and global groups.
• Lead change management for Firmwide and CIB program requirements.
• Develop reference materials and facilitate stakeholder meetings, including prep and takeaways.
• Present governance program updates with clear status and risk narratives.
