Solugenix is seeking a Category Manager, Global Real Estate (Design & Construction) to lead strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and contract activities for a global real estate portfolio. The role drives category strategies across architecture, engineering, project management, construction, furniture and workplace technology to optimize cost, quality, and schedule certainty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or commercial management experience.
• Minimum 5 years supporting corporate real estate, workplace, design, or construction programs.
• Experience leading complex RFPs and global sourcing initiatives.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Proficiency with Zip, Ariba, or comparable enterprise systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute global category strategies for design, construction, furniture and related spend.
• Lead RFx processes, bid evaluations, supplier interviews, and award recommendations.
• Drive savings targets and value creation through analytics and benchmarking.
• Manage supplier governance, contracts, and performance reviews across regions.
• Partner with Legal and Risk to establish contract standards and terms.
• Support capital project procurement and alignment with governance requirements.
• Enforce ESO procurement standards and leverage enterprise platforms like Zip/Ariba.
