Job summary

Solugenix seeks a Category Manager, Global Real Estate (Design & Construction) to lead strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and commercial contracts for the firm’s real estate portfolio. You will develop category strategies across architecture, engineering, project management, construction, and workplace services, interfacing with Finance, Legal, Risk, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
10+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement.
5+ years supporting corporate real estate or construction programs.
Experience leading global RFPs and sourcing initiatives.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Experience with enterprise procurement platforms such as Zip and Ariba.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global category strategies for design, construction and related spend.
Lead RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and bid evaluations.
Negotiate master service agreements and contract terms.
Partner with Legal and Risk Management to set standards and governance.
Monitor procurement performance, savings, and supplier performance.
