The role partners with Pre-Construction, Design, World Wide Real-Estate, and World Wide Design to develop category sourcing strategies, deliver savings, and improve productivity. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor and supplier strategies for construction projects with multi-million-dollar scope.
• Develop and deliver long-term sourcing strategies and category roadmaps.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to plan site launches and meet construction programs.
• Drive supplier performance management and sustainability initiatives.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
