Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to support global construction sourcing initiatives across regions.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities including RFP development, bidder strategy, vendor evaluations, negotiations and contract execution.
• Identify, assess, and qualify construction vendors, contractors, consultants, and trade partners.
• Manage AIA construction contracts, MPAs, MSAs, amendments, and project-specific agreements.
