lululemon is hiring a Global Ratings & Reviews Manager to own the end-to-end capability that informs product discovery, guest confidence, and conversion at scale. You will shape governance, data quality, and platform APIs across markets.

Work at the intersection of Product, Organic Search, Loyalty and Legal, partnering with Tech to drive scalable review ecosystems and insights that steer roadmaps and merchandising decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Digital, Ecommerce, Product, Data, Customer Experience, or related discipline.
• Proven experience owning or operating a Ratings & Reviews program in an ecommerce or digital environment.
• Deep understanding of the Ratings & Reviews ecosystem including collection mechanisms, moderation workflows, and syndication approaches.

Mansioni

• Own the global Ratings & Reviews strategy, roadmap, and performance across markets.
• Define and advance strategy for AI-powered discovery and commerce with structured review data and APIs.
• Design and scale the end-to-end review ecosystem from collection to syndication.
• Establish global governance standards for quality, authenticity, regulatory compliance, and consistency.
