lululemon Athletica Inc. is seeking a Global Ratings & Reviews Manager to own the end-to-end ratings and reviews capability across global digital experiences, ensuring reviews drive product discovery, guest confidence, and conversion at scale.

You will lead governance, vendor management, and collaboration with Product, SEO, and eCommerce teams to advance AI-powered discovery and ensure high-quality, compliant review data across markets.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated expertise in Digital, Ecommerce, Product, Data, Customer Experience, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience owning or operating a Ratings & Reviews program in an ecommerce or digital environment.
• Deep understanding of the Ratings & Reviews ecosystem including collection mechanisms, moderation workflows, and syndication approaches.
• Hands-on experience with third-party R&R platforms (e.g. Bazaarvoice or equivalent), including implementation, optimisation, and vendor management.
• Experience building scalable operational processes, governance frameworks, and global standards in complex or matrixed organisations.
• Strong product and systems thinking, with the ability to translate business needs into platform requirements and influence technology roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to work with structured and unstructured data, including review content, sentiment, and attribute data, to surface insights that drive action.
• Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration across multiple disciplines to drive meaningful outcomes.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous or newly defined spaces, with an ability to create clarity, structure, and forward momentum independently.

• Own the global Ratings & Reviews strategy, roadmap, and operational performance, defining what 'great' looks like and driving toward it across all markets.
• Define and advance the Ratings & Reviews strategy for AI-powered discovery and commerce, ensuring review content, data, and APIs are structured and accessible for emerging search and shopping experiences.
• Design and scale the end-to-end review ecosystem, spanning from strategic collection through to syndication.
• Establish and maintain global governance standards that ensure review quality, authenticity, regulatory compliance, and consistency across all markets and surfaces.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and ongoing management of third-party platforms and vendors, with a clear view to building best-in-class tooling over time.
• Partner with Product and Technology to evolve platform capabilities, define technical requirements, and ensure review data flows effectively across the digital ecosystem.
• Build scalable, insight-led strategies to grow review volume, coverage, recency, quality, and completeness across the global product catalogue.
• Embed reviews meaningfully into discovery and conversion journeys in partnership with the likes of SEO, Product Discovery, and eComm teams.
• Turn review data into actionable insights that informs decisions across Product, Merchandising, and Digital team roadmaps.
