lululemon seeks a Global Ratings & Reviews Manager to own the end-to-end ratings and reviews capability across global digital experiences. You will govern collection, moderation, and activation of guest feedback to boost product discovery, trust, and conversion.

In collaboration with Product, Organic Search, Loyalty, and Legal, you will build scalable governance, assess third-party platforms, and drive data-driven insights that shape roadmaps and partnerships across markets.

Qualifications

• Must have led a Ratings & Reviews program in ecommerce/digital environments.
• Knowledge of collection/moderation/syndication workflows within R&R ecosystems.
• Experience with third-party R&R platforms and vendor management.
• Ability to build scalable governance frameworks and global standards.
• Strong drive for cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Own the global Ratings & Reviews strategy, roadmap, and performance across markets.
• Define R&R strategy for AI-powered discovery and commerce, ensuring data/API accessibility.
• Design and scale end-to-end review ecosystem from collection to syndication.
• Establish and maintain governance standards for quality, authenticity, and compliance.
• Lead evaluation and management of third-party platforms and vendors.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to evolve platform capabilities and data workflows.
