Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services seeks a Supervisor Ramp & Passenger Services to manage airport activities, monitor performance, and guide staff while ensuring safety, security, and quality standards across ramp and passenger functions.

Responsibilities include coordinating with catering, fueling, and maintenance, maintaining budgetary controls, and upholding TSA and company policies. This role requires English proficiency, weekend availability, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays and days off.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of airport operations, including ticketing, baggage check-in, issuing boarding passes, and dispatching flights in a safe and timely manner.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure operational needs are met, including catering, fueling, and maintenance companies.
• Offers efficient and professional customer service and resolves passenger problems as required.
• Acts as company representative when assigned.
