Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in Dallas is seeking a Supervisor Ramp Services to lead airport ramp operations, coordinate cargo and passenger handling, and ensure safe, timely service. You will monitor performance, coach staff, and ensure compliance with TSA and company rules.

Responsibilities include directing loading/unloading, coordinating with fueling and maintenance, maintaining records, and representing WFS with customers.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent; 6 months–1 year related experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and days off.
• Strong English communication; ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform airport operations and dispatch flights in a safe and timely manner.
• Coordinate with departments to meet operational needs, fueling, and maintenance.
• Act as company representative when assigned.
• Reports to work on a regular and timely basis.
• Read and interpret safety and maintenance documents and procedures.
• Adhere to security and TSA requirements and company policies.
