Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville, Tennessee, seeks a Senior Program Manager to own the GRO launch governance, manage a global program portfolio, and lead cross-functional teams across GRO, including Process Engineering, IT Engineering, and Site Operations.

You will drive intake workflows, track program health, prepare leadership reviews, maintain SOPs, and ensure compliance across audits, while partnering with multiple functions to deliver at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• PMP certificate (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own launch and program governance for all customers, products, and programs onboarding into RAD fulfillment.
• Own and govern the single front door for demand intake with defined criteria and workflows.
• Implement and scale tools, systems, and processes for intake inspection and program tracking.
• Track program health, dependencies, and blockers and drive resolution.
• Prepare and facilitate business reviews and drive action-item closure.
• Govern end-to-end operational change: intake, impact, approval, communication, sustainment.
• Maintain version-controlled SOPs and playbooks; ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Own risk tracking and coordinate audits and compliance reviews.
