Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville, TN seeks a Program Manager III to drive cross-functional, global initiatives within the Global Procurement Organization. You will lead framework governance, optimize processes, and deliver programs that align with business objectives across geographies.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact, overseeing strategic initiatives across Global Procurement Organization pillars from concept through execution.
Drive process improvement initiatives by streamlining operations, implementing data-driven enhancements, and developing performance metrics and KPIs to measure success.
Partner with Global Procurement Organization leaders and business strategy & execution leaders to ensure program alignment with organizational objectives, regularly reviewing metrics and proactively seeking improved visibility mechanisms.
Build and execute global launch strategies for new programs and processes, collaborating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams while managing stakeholder expectations at all levels including executive leadership.
Identify and proactively mitigate program risks before they become roadblocks, making smart trade-offs between time, effort, and deliverables while driving consensus across teams to achieve project goals.
