Job summary

Amazon is looking for a Program Manager I to join the Global Logistics Imports team in Nashville. You will lead cross-functional programs, leverage data analytics, manage stakeholders, and drive operational excellence across vendor networks.

You will develop strategies, build project plans, monitor KPIs, and deliver updates to senior leaders. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and strong partner collaboration for cost and speed improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• 2+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program management for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring successful delivery against key metrics
• Develop and execute program strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
• Lead data-driven process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budget tracking
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively
• Deliver regular status updates and presentations to senior leadership
• Establish and monitor KPIs for program performance
• Implement process improvements based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to optimize resource allocation
