Job summary

UKG is seeking a Director, Global Process Owner – Record-to-Report to define the future state of UKG’s global R2R capabilities. You will partner with Finance, IT, and AI teams to modernize accounting through process innovation, AI, automation, and digital technologies, establishing enterprise standards and a multi-year transformation roadmap.

The role reports to the VP, Finance Digital Enablement, and focuses on driving efficiency, scalability, and strong controls across the end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Accounting, Finance Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes, accounting operations, and internal controls.
• Experience leading large-scale finance process transformations within global organizations.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and ERP/finance technology.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across Finance and IT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the multi-year transformation roadmap for UKG's global Record-to-Report processes.
• Lead governance, investment prioritization, and performance reporting for the transformation portfolio.
• Partner with IT and business functions to enable evolving financial close, reporting, and controls.
• Promote AI adoption and intelligent automation while maintaining governance and control requirements.
• Build and lead a team of process and transformation professionals to drive continuous improvement.
