Job summary

UKG is seeking a Director, Global Process Owner – Record‑to‑Report to define and lead UKG’s Finance R2R transformation. You’ll partner with Finance, IT, and AI/Automation teams to modernize accounting, establish enterprise standards, and manage a multi‑year roadmap.

You’ll drive strategic initiatives to accelerate close, strengthen controls, and improve reporting while building a high‑performing team and partnering with external vendors to enable scalable, measurable value for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Accounting, Finance Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in Record‑to‑Report processes, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for global Record‑to‑Report processes.
• Define future-state business capabilities, operating models, and enterprise process standards.
• Establish KPIs and governance for operational excellence and value realization.
• Lead transformation initiatives to accelerate financial close and modernize processes.
• Collaborate with IT and external partners to ensure alignment of platforms like Dynamics 365, BlackLine, and Workiva.
