Qualifikationen

• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts or similar with experience in Food Science or Food Technology.
• 5+ years of corporate culinary innovation or related experience.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into strategic innovation platforms.
• Strong storytelling and presenting to connect needs, trends and business opportunities.
• Deep expertise in desserts, frozen desserts, or indulgent foods.

• Drive an always-on innovation mindset by identifying trends and translating them into opportunities for the brand.
• Shape innovation strategy and roadmaps aligning consumer insights, brand relevance, and business priorities.
• Lead culinary innovation from inspiration to launch across global programs and limited-batch lines.
• Inspire teams through trend immersions, workshops, and collaborations with suppliers.
• Build alignment across functions to move ideas from concept to execution.
• Own the R&D kitchen and product experience maintaining a safe, organized development environment.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, creating memorable ice cream experiences internally and externally.
