Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Senior Scientist on the RD&I team to lead high-impact supply chain transformation and product development from prototype to scale-up. You will work as the Technical Project Lead across RD&I, Supply Chain, and Marketing, delivering results with formulation expertise and proactive problem solving.

You will own end-to-end product development, coordinate trials, ensure scale-up readiness, and guide technical decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product development or technical project management.
• Experience across product lifecycle and specification management systems like SAP PLM.
• Strong skills in product formulation, organization and project management.
• Ability to think end-to-end and take ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact technical projects transforming ice cream product manufacturing.
• Manage end-to-end RD&I activities from product to packaging and scale-up.
• Own product development from idea to launch with recipe design and trials.
• Turn technical challenges into solutions via formulation expertise and experimentation.
