Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree minimum.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics and transportation in high-tech manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductors, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process shipments across Quantinuum facilities with accurate documentation and on-time delivery.
• Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve service, reduce costs, and remove inefficiencies.
• Serve as the primary contact for logistics inquiries, including carrier issues and trade disruptions.
• Maintain product classifications (HTS, Schedule B, ECCN) with suppliers and internal SMEs.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, hazmat, U.S. Customs, export controls, and carrier requirements.
• Prepare and review invoices, packing lists, shipping labels, B/Ls, origin certificates, AES/EEI filings, and other docs.
• Track shipments from origin to delivery and resolve issues like delays or damages.
• Build dashboards and reports on tariffs, freight spend, on-time delivery, and KPIs.
