Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years in production planning/control in high-tech manufacturing.
• U.S. Person status required (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work status).
• U.S. national security restrictions apply; must be U.S. citizen or exempt if international nationals.

Responsibilities

• Execute SAP-driven system-level planning to support engineering and NPI timelines.
• Achieve 95%+ on-time delivery to MRP at sub-assembly level.
• Identify material constraints globally and develop solutions.
• Provide leadership reporting on material health and shortages.
• Collaborate with sourcing and procurement to drive performance and expedite materials.
• Monitor inventory to prevent stockouts and minimize excess/obsolescence.
• Maintain material records and conduct asset audits; reconcile discrepancies.
• Partner with internal customers to meet technical build requirements.
