Quantinuum in Broomfield, CO is hiring an Advanced Systems DevOps Engineer – Quantum Hardware Integration. You will join the Commercial System Integration team, building reliable, scalable hardware-software-software systems for quantum computing products from development through launch.

The role blends hardware/software integration and system engineering with development and deployment workflows. A strong emphasis on automation, testing, and operations enables smooth handover to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Software Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in hardware/software integration, systems engineering, networking, or compute systems DevOps.
• U.S. Person status required (citizenship, PR, or valid work status).
• National security rules restrict PRC or Russian nationals unless also a U.S. citizen.

Responsabilités

• Define architecture, requirements, and interfaces for computing, network, and device-management environments; coordinate with hardware, software, and IT teams.
• Install, configure, and commission computers, network equipment, and devices; verify integration with system software.
• Develop automation for provisioning, software deployment, and configuration management; track firmware compatibility.
• Build and maintain integration-test and deployment workflows; manage releases and rollback strategies.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and health checks; diagnose and resolve failures across devices, software, and networks.
• Collaborate with IT on network provisioning, access, security; maintain diagrams and procedures.
