Job summary

Quantinuum in Broomfield, CO is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage inventory logistics for our quantum hardware labs. You will coordinate shipments, assign classifications, and maintain trade compliance records while collaborating with scientists, engineers, procurement teams and program managers.

This role emphasizes cost optimization, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years in logistics for high‑tech manufacturing are required,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in logistics/transportation in high-tech or semiconductors or related industries.
• US person defined as, U.S. citizen/permanent resident/green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status.
• Knowledge of DOT, IATA, and export controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process shipments with on-time delivery and accurate documentation.
• Research classifications (HTS, ECCN, Schedule B) with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, hazardous materials, and import/export rules.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and AES/EEI filings.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and reports on tariffs, freight, and KPIs.
