Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of quality professionals, setting objectives and driving results.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and strategic goals, aligning operations with functional strategy.
• Drive global quality data management and analysis, including inbound reporting and issue tracking.
• Leverage quality data and BI tools to identify trends and influence improvements.
• Manage and resolve quality issues across global operations with governance and speed.
• Define and integrate systems and tools across the global quality organization.
• Champion education and training initiatives across teams.
