Job summary

The Deckers Brands team is seeking a Director, Quality Operations to lead quality across brands, markets and product categories. You will guide Quality Issue Management, Continuous Quality Improvement, and Reporting/Analytics, partnering with Product Creation, Manufacturing, Distribution and Marketplace teams to deliver high-quality products.

You will build and mentor a global quality organization, set objectives, manage budgets, and drive data-driven decisions using BI tools and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years in footwear/apparel at a global company.
• 8+ years in quality leadership within footwear.
• Proficient in quality audits, global compliance, and risk management.
• Skilled in operational decision-making and driving results.
• Public speaking to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate quality teams across brands, markets, and product categories.
• Oversee Quality Issue Management, CI, and Reporting/Analytics.
• Drive global quality data management, issue tracking, and marketplace feedback.
• Define systems and tools for the global quality org and dashboards.
• Champion education and training across teams.
