Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Director, Quality Operations to lead marketplace quality across brands, markets and product categories. You will head corporate quality teams focusing on issue management, continuous improvement, and reporting, partnering with Creation, Manufacturing, Distribution and Marketplace teams to ensure product excellence and consumer delight.

This role requires 10+ years in footwear/apparel quality leadership, a strong background in audits and compliance, and a track record

Qualifications

• 10+ years in footwear/apparel industry for a global company
• 8+ years in a quality-related leadership role within the footwear industry
• Proficient in quality audit processes, global compliance, material properties, product construction, and risk management

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of quality professionals, setting objectives and driving results
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and strategic goals, aligning operations with strategy
• Drive global quality data management and analysis, including inbound reporting and issue tracking
• Leverage quality data and BI tools to identify trends and influence product/process improvements
• Manage and resolve quality issues across global operations with governance and speed
• Define and integrate systems and tools across the global quality organization
• Champion education and training initiatives across teams
