Job summary

Deckers Brands seeks a Director of Quality Operations to lead global quality across its brands, markets and product categories. You will guide Quality Issue Management, Continuous Improvement, and Reporting/Analytics, partnering with Product Creation, Manufacturing and Distribution to deliver high-quality results.

This role requires strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence worldwide teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Business or Organization Management is preferred.
• ~10+ years in footwear/apparel industry for a global company, ~8+ years in quality leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of quality professionals, setting objectives and driving results.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and strategic goals.
• Drive global quality data management and analysis, including inbound reporting and issue tracking.
• Leverage quality data and BI tools to identify trends and influence product and process improvements.
• Manage and resolve quality issues across global operations.
