Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consult leadership to set strategic direction for a market/product line.
• Define guidelines for Quality functions (QA, QC, incoming QC, customer management).
• Initiate and approve projects to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
• Provide supervision, performance management and coaching to the team.
• Identify and lead improvements to ensure compliance with quality regulations.
• Communicate with managers and external customers about quality initiatives.
