Job summary

3M's Quality Manager role invites a seasoned professional to guide multiple quality disciplines, drive strategic direction, and ensure regulatory compliance across products and processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed before start.
• At least 5 years of combined quality and/or manufacturing experience.
• At least 2 years in a quality or manufacturing leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Set medium- to long-term strategic direction and operating plans for a market/product line.
• Define guidelines for QA, product QC, incoming QC, and customer management.
• Initiate and approve projects to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
• Provide direct supervision, including objective setting, performance management, and coaching.
• Resolve issues related to direct reports and lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain Quality metrics performance and drive improvements.
