Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering.
• Six years of quality and/or manufacturing experience.
• Two years of quality and/or manufacturing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership responsibility for subordinates with clearly defined roles.
• Reviews and approvals of work results conducted by subordinates.
• Manages subordinates with clearly defined roles within the Quality Assurance and Analytical function for the site.
• Determines priorities and timetables, assigns resources/tasks, and provides performance feedback.
