Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified.
• Five years of combined quality/manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Two years of experience in a Quality or Manufacturing leadership position.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015.
• Knowledge of NIOSH Respiratory standards.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience with quality continuous improvement methodologies (MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPU).

Responsibilities

• Consult with leadership to set medium- to long-term strategic direction and operating plans for a market/product line.
• Interpret industry trends, customer requirements, and business objectives to define guidelines for quality functions.
• Initiate and approve projects to continuously improve efficiency and competitiveness.
• Provide expert-level Quality leadership and direction to the team on the Quality Body of Knowledge.
• Identify and lead improvement opportunities to ensure compliance with internal and international quality regulations.
