MSA Safety is seeking a Global Quality Management System Lead to develop, implement, and sustain a worldwide QMS aligned with regulatory standards and company policies. You will drive governance, standardization, and ongoing improvement across regions, sites, and functions, partnering with Quality leaders and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes training, audits, risk management, and continual improvement initiatives to ensure product and process quality globally.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience leading development, implementation, and continual improvement of a site’s QMS.
• Experience with ISO 9001 required; ISO 17025 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, risk management, and audit methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a global QMS compliant with standards and regulations.
• Lead audits (internal and external) and drive corrective actions.
• Advise leadership on QMS requirements, interpretations, and best practices.
• Coordinate training and competency programs for QMS personnel.
