Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 10-15 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, quality systems, and QMS procedures.
• Experience with film coating, extrusion, and finishing processes preferred; chemical manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Previous experience with executive teams and presenting to senior leadership.

The organization is seeking a Global Quality Manager to oversee quality across both manufacturing sites and the corporate headquarters. The successful candidate will lead a team dedicated to optimizing quality processes and driving a company-wide quality transformation. This role reports directly to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and will collaborate closely with senior leaders across the U.S. and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a global quality strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead and manage quality teams across multiple international sites.
• Drive a culture of productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
