Job summary

MPI partnered with a growing electronics manufacturing organization to recruit an experienced Quality Manager responsible for leading quality systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across a high-performing manufacturing facility in Massachusetts.

The role directs QMS, ensures ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100 compliance, drives KPI performance, manages CAPA, and partners with customers, operations, and leadership to elevate quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, or similar quality systems.
• Proven leadership in developing and mentoring teams.
• Experience in EMS, contract manufacturing, SMT, or box build.
• Strong knowledge of CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the site's QMS.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100 and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, track, and improve quality KPIs.
• Manage corrective action programs and root cause investigations.
• Partner with customers, operations, engineering, and leadership to meet quality objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement using data analysis, Lean, Six Sigma.

Description

• Lead and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Develop, track, and improve quality KPIs to drive operational performance
• Manage corrective action programs and root cause investigations
• Partner with customers, operations, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing data analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, and quality best practices

A successful Quality Manager should have:
