Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 10-15 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, quality systems, and QMS procedures.
• Experience with film coating, extrusion, and finishing processes preferred; chemical manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Previous experience with executive teams and presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global quality strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead and manage quality teams across multiple international sites.
• Drive a culture of productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure product quality from design through delivery.
• Monitor and report on KPIs globally.
• Lead crisis management efforts, including 8D methodologies and root cause analysis for major quality issues.
