Job summary

Kerry is offering an EHS Leadership Development Program to rotate across sites in North America with an initial year in a fixed location and a second rotation to follow. The program expects a bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety or Environment and strong communication abilities to engage with all organizational levels.

Relocation is required for the second rotation, and the role emphasizes driving safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives tied to ISO 14001 and Zero Waste to Landfill.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a Health, Safety or Environment related field with expected graduation between Dec 2026–May 2027.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Relocation will be required for the second rotation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the EHS Management System and advise the EHS manager to reduce site risk.
• Support North American EHS programs and projects.
• Develop strategies for implementing new policies and regulations with site operations.
• Assist in managing environmental permits and requirements specific to the site.
• Support environmental/sustainability efforts including Zero Waste to Landfill and ISO 14001.
• Lead site Safety Committee meetings and conduct audits/inspections for compliance.
