Kerry invites you to join its 12-week summer internship program at the Beloit, Wisconsin center. You will gain hands-on experience in RD&A, supply chain, finance and procurement while contributing to real projects that impact global nutrition and sustainability.

The program runs May 24, 2027 to August 12, 2027, and offers exposure to cross-functional teams. Candidates pursuing engineering/finance-related degrees with a track record of problem solving are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree with expected graduation date Dec 2026–May 2027.
  • Strong problem solving and analytic skills; experience with AI tools to analyze data is a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Geographically flexible and willing to relocate.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide category and market insight to develop sourcing and supply plans, presentations, and market summaries.
  • Monitor usage by coordinating with site supply chains; collaborate with R&D to introduce new materials and identify sources.
  • Work with category buyers to source materials at best price using tendering and related tools.
  • Develop and execute a cost savings pipeline with buyers.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and service.
  • Support sustainability goals and commitments on responsible sourcing, waste reduction, circular economy, and recyclable packaging.

Where You'll Work

At the Kerry Center in Beloit, Wisconsin, US we are the leader in taste and nutrition for the global food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry. We have approximately 700 employees at this location that perform various task such as research and development, finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care. This location is commutable from major cities such as Milwaukee, Madison, Rockford and Chicago. Key responsibilities
  • Provide category and market insight by analyzing both category and market data which will lead to development of sourcing and supply plans, presentations, and market summaries for our business.
  • Monitor usage/demand by coordinating with site supply chains. Working with R&D to introduce new materials and to identify potential new sources. Networking with stakeholders in other functions such as supply chain, finance, etc
  • Work closely with category buyers to source the highest quality materials and services at the best price using a range of tools including tendering.
  • Jointly working with category buyers to develop and execute a cost savings pipeline.
  • Working with the category buyers to negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and service requirements are met.
  • Support buyers on the achievement of our "Beyond the Horizon" sustainability goals and specifically our commitments on responsible sourcing, waste reduction, circular economy, and recyclable packaging

Qualifications
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited College or University in Engineering, Accounting, Applied Economics, Finance, Quantitative Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Business Operations Management, or related field of study with an expected graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027
  • Problem solving and analytic skills, previous experience utilizing AI tools to analyze data, a plus
  • Legal Authorization to work in the U.S. - Sponsorships will not be provided for early career roles now or in the future.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • All candidates must be geographically flexible and willing to relocate for this internship opportunity.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage different projects.

Compensation Data

The pay rate for this position is $21.00 per hour. This job posting is anticipated to expire on March 31, 2027. Accepting applications on a continuous basis until 2027 cohort is full. This job posting is anticipated to expire on March 31, 2027.
