Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years in Quality, Product Development, or Manufacturing.
• Experience in Footwear and/or Apparel preferred.
• Proficiency with quality metrics and testing methods.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Hybrid role in Stratham, NH.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality programs for Timberland; develop metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Partner with Product Development to establish quality standards.
• Serve as main contact between VF Quality and Timberland; resolve quality concerns with sourcing offices and vendors.
• Lead End-to-End NPI Risk-based program for Timberland.
• Monitor collab launches from Development to Commercialization; ensure inclusion in risk-based system.
• Build relationships with Global Quality and stakeholders; attend operational meetings.
• Lead third party negotiations to achieve cost savings.
