Job summary

Timberland in Stratham, NH is seeking a Sr. Manager, Quality Management to uphold quality standards across Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories.

You will lead QA initiatives, use data to drive improvements, and act as the primary liaison with sourcing offices, vendors, and product development to quickly resolve quality concerns. You will drive end-to-end quality processes, lead risk-based NPIs, and collaborate with Global Quality to ensure timely and effective issue resolution while maintaining

Qualifications

Requires 10+ years of experience in Quality, Product Development, and/or Manufacturing.
Experience in Footwear and/or Apparel industry highly preferred.
Proficient in process implementation with knowledge of quality metrics and testing methods.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with an organized approach.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to present and communicate at various levels.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end planning and execution of quality programs for Timberland.
Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions across regions.
Partner with Product Development and Sourcing to establish and maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with Global Quality, Development, Testing, and Sourcing to drive timely resolution of issues.
