Job summary

Airswift is seeking a QC Coordinator to join the newly restructured Quality Control Team across the region, with strong emphasis on data accuracy and cross‑department collaboration. You will review Bullhorn records, correct errors, and produce reports to keep stakeholders informed on data quality and process improvements.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree, excellent MS Office skills, sharp numerical abilities, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset to drive quality across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Service or industry-specific experience is desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent technical skills including all Microsoft Office products.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review Bullhorn records within established timeframes and issue approval or query notes.
• Work with relevant parties to correct errors in a timely manner.
• Produce reporting and analysis for key stakeholders to monitor data accuracy.
• Hold regular QC review meetings with departments to discuss issues and improvements.
• Collaborate with regional/global QC Coordinators to share best practices and drive process improvements.
• Create training resources with Learning & Development for Recruitment and Sales Teams.
