Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Quality Control Associate to support accuracy and improvement of in-house product quality across repair workflows. You will analyze returns data, document standards, and maintain auditing tools to drive corrective actions.

In this role you will review customer garment repairs, photograph samples, coordinate with Production and Customer Engagement, and help ensure timely repairs and shipments while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support accuracy, consistency, and improvement of in-house product quality.
• Analyze statistical data of customer returns to determine areas of focus.
• Formulate, document, and maintain quality control standards.
• Review/fit and photograph custom samples.
• Monitor communications regarding all customer repairs and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely repairs.
• Assist in developing internal auditing tools and reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
