Job summary

LRQA is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Global QSR, Food Service & Supply Assurance programmes. This role is based in the USA, near Lansing, Michigan, with potential remote elements to work close to client facilities.

You will serve as the primary technical liaison, overseeing programme delivery, governance, and continuous improvement across multi-country QSR operations, including audits, calibration, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in food safety, quality assurance, compliance, auditing, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of US FDA Food Code, FSMA, and restaurant/food service operations.
• Ability to manage multi-country QSR and food service assurance programmes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's primary technical contact, proactively managing the named account and day-to-day delivery.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing technical management of multi-country QSR and food service programmes.
• Conduct technical reviews of reports and oversee auditor capability, account performance, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs and support improvement initiatives.
