Job summary

LRQA is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the principal liaison between LRQA and the client for interpretation and application of technical expectations across global QSR and food service assurance programmes. You will set service delivery standards to ensure technical integrity and continual improvement, acting as a trusted advisor to support client retention and growth.

This role requires a BSc in a science-based discipline, Lead Auditor qualification, and at least 10 years in food

Qualifications

Requires BSc in a science-based discipline and Lead Auditor qualification.
Minimum of 10 years in food safety, quality assurance, auditing, or risk management, with QSR/restaurant exposure.
Minimum of 3 years managing strategic customer relationships or complex global programmes.
Strong knowledge of NA requirements including US FDA Food Code and FSMA.

Responsibilities

Serve as principal liaison between LRQA and client for technical expectations.
Lead multi-country QSR and food service assurance programmes.
Ensure programme execution across regions, business units and franchisee networks.
Onboard and train auditors; perform assessments and shadow audits.
Review reports; oversee auditor capability and account performance objectives.
Manage technical queries and provide corrective action recommendations.
