Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a seasoned project leader to manage multiple global pharma deployment initiatives, including about 50 deployments across sites and functions over 6–9 months, and to lead the Veeva Quality rollout communications.

You will coordinate with site management and global teams, facilitate meetings, manage schedules, and escalate issues to the Quality Business Owners, ensuring timely deployment and alignment with GXP requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Pharma experience.
• 5+ years of Quality management implementation experience.
• 5+ years experience implementing global systems.
• Experience working with GXP.
• Experience working with Veeva QMS.
• EST based

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent global deployment projects.
• Lead assigned deployments as Global Business Lead for approximately half.
• Manage the global and site communications related to the Veeva Quality rollout.
• Facilitate global/site project team meetings and support local Business project managers.
• Manage defined schedules/activities related to deployments and escalate issues.
