Job summary
Clarkston Consulting is seeking a Quality Systems (Veeva) Senior Consultant to deliver innovative solutions for life sciences, consumer products, and retail clients. You will lead Veeva deployments, oversee QMS data solutions, and guide teams on project plans and client engagements.
You’ll validate GMP systems, draft SOPs, and train end-users while fostering trusted client relationships and contributing to project success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with life sciences companies.
- Experience implementing quality or document management systems.
- Experience with regulatory information management systems preferred.
- Understanding of global quality requirements and compliance.
- Hands-on with multiple QMS tools such as Veeva Vault, EtQ, TrackWise, OpenText, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Participate in projects designing and deploying Veeva Quality suite and Vault RIM.
- Lead requirements workshops and document data solutions.
- Manage project plans, deliverables, and scope with teams.
- Validate computer systems for GMP environments and SOP updates.
- Train end-users and transfer knowledge to client personnel.
