Job summary
BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Director, Quality Systems to lead GTS delivery of enterprise QMS platforms, including Veeva Quality applications, across global sites. You will translate QA needs into technology plans, drive deployment, and ensure compliant, validated systems.
The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, vendor management, and budget oversight, with periodic domestic and international travel to support quality initiatives and system readiness.
Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise QMS deployments in pharma/biotech.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Quality applications.
- Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Lead GTS delivery, deployment, and support for enterprise QMS platforms and QA systems, emphasizing Veeva Quality and integrations.
- Manage application operations across QMS and QA technology platforms, including incident, release, and lifecycle management.
- Oversee deployments, enhancements, and project delivery for QA systems in pharma/biotech environments.
- Translate QA requirements into technology plans, configurations, and delivery models.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor performance; coordinate demand and roadmaps.
- Ensure Quality systems remain validated and compliant via SOPs, validation, CSA, and change control.
