The role demands extensive experience with test automation, SDLC, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on continuous improvement and industry best practices. You will mentor teams and define metrics to measure success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of program management experience in a QE context.
• Certifications in PM (PMP, Agile) are a plus.
• Experience with test automation tools and QA best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage multiple quality engineering programs aligned with goals.
• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and best practices to enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of quality processes.
• Utilize test automation and framework development for comprehensive test coverage and efficient execution.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and mitigate issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate regular program reviews and status updates with stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide team members in quality engineering practices and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in QE and software testing.
